Titebond 1416 III Ultimate Wood Glue, 1-Gallon

I use it for gluing up cutting boards and furniture where I need a longer open time. Its waterproof when dried which is obviously what you want for a cutting board. Titebond is arguably the best glue on the market for general woodworking that is simple to use. It adheres well and creates a very strong bond once dried. Easy to clean up if you get it on your hands or unintended work surfaces. It has went up in price over the years which is a shame, but if you look around at big box stores and even smaller stores you can find it for a little cheaper.

Great glue. Super strong, medium cure time. Cons: thin and really hard to sand off when completely dry if you accidentally leave some on after wiping off.

I use to make bird houses and feeders without screws of any kind.

I've used this wood glue for years and go through a lot of it. That's why I purchase it by the gallon. It works!

I'm a hobby woodworker. Make cutting boards and other small items and am getting into small furniture pieces. This is my go-to glue as it can be used for cutting boards (ok with water) and has a longer open time than regular Titebond. It may be slightly more expensive than Titebond II, but my preference is to stick with 1 glue for everything. I typically clamp for 1-2 hours (and then let sit overnight unclamped if I need the clamps for something else) or just leave it in the clamps overnight. I buy this in a gallon jug and use the GluBot for dispensing.
