Good quality. They feel slightly larger than my previous Oral B heads, but it's not really a problem.They also no longer use the colored bands to distinguish one head from another, and instead they have a small drawing (flower, bird, etc) which is fine I guess, bout would have been nice to have some color in there, too.

After reading frightening stories about off brand replacement heads, I decided to purchase these Oral B replacement heads. It wasn’t worth the risk of cut lips or poked gums to save a couple of bucks. These heads fit my electric toothbrush perfectly. I like the smaller heads as I gag easily with the large ones. These are soft enough that my gums don’t get sore, and they look exactly like the original ones that have lasted for months. Worth the money in my opinion!

Knock off replacements don't last as long as the Oral-B I prefer them the indicators are easier to read and the bristles last longer approximately 10 to 15 days longer than the knockoffs

Although a bit more expensive, my teeth always feel cleaner when using the actual Oral B replacements. And they last a long time so a good value overall.

These actually work. Unlike the cheap aftermarket brands that don’t actually spin. But they don’t last very long.

Authentic, and guaranteed to be quality. The criss-cross angled bristles are designed to work perfectly with the rotational motion of Oral-B electric brushes. I really feel like these get my teeth clean.

These are not at ALL like the cheap knock offs! I bought a cheaper kind, and both my son and I found that they wear out in a week or two. The head still vibrates so you think it’s working— but if you hold your finger on it— it’s NOT spinning at all. Also the head becomes wobbly very quickly, and occasionally pinches your lip. You get what you pay for! Buy the oral B brand.
