Got on an Amazon sale deal. Overall 9/10Pros -1) Best toast than any other toaster out there.2) Build quality is fantastically American.Not so Pros -1) Great to look at, but the metal outside gets hot.2) Oh so American, does not have a dust cover on top.

The product doesn’t its job. Makes bread well toasted. However the exterior gets heated which can be a safety issue especially with kids around and if u r clumsy one. The product looks nice n neat and work well.

The media could not be loaded. [24 May, 2020- around 5 months after start of the first phase of Corona]Received the product today. Used it briefly.People are people and people like issues, so I'll put the issues first. The temperature knob seems a little fishy but will update about it soon. That's all the issues that are burning a hole in my soul.It's a shiny product, and works as described.I don't have much experience with toasters, as I mainly need something that can make the bread crispy without burning, as I believe the Rs 2k burn in my pocket is enough for now.It looks classy, something that will make you wanna keep this on the kitchen counter. The classy effect comes from the fact that It's all steel.Beware that steel is steel and steel is a good conductor of heat, so take care while using it. I have noticed that it does get pretty hot while using, so keeping it out of your child's reach would be a step in the right direction.Taking about steps in the right direction, it has hinges in the heating area that keep your bread centralised giving it a balanced heat overall, at least that's the idea. Though it works relatively to the price of the product, but I'll give it 3 out of 5. It's also because that's the knob setting that perfectly crisps my breads, 3. Anything further is a bad idea, but feel free to experimentTalking about balance, this toaster requires you to keep both compartments full of bread, for a balanced heating. This urge for balance reminds me of Thanos, and that further reminds how things can jump from and to the past, like this toaster. It jumped from 2018, when it was imported, and was delivered to me. Though I wouldn't complain as long as it shines as described.The final product from the toaster is a crisp piece of bread that you can cut easily using a knife. It feels like a rusk but softer. It's hard enough that you can rub a cold brick of butter against it without breaking the bread, but soft enough that you can cut it using a knife.

I have used it almost for a month and I can give zero rating for this product. The nab is loose , and the numbers dont appear also it toasts completely like coal on any number. Over all I cant return it and can't use it. Money has gone for a toss . Don't buy by positive reviews. They don't have return policy as well . I am utterly disappointed with it.
