I did and found this:The current federal status of this trademark filing is ABANDONED - FAILURE TO RESPOND OR LATE RESPONSE...which makes me wonder if such a certification actually means anything. I tried the product and didn't find anything substantive in effects.

I've been taking Memormax for about 3 weeks now. It may have been a coincidence but the first week it gave me a headache and I was debating whether or not to continue.
