Started taking this supplement a few weeks ago after breaking my humerus. I healed well enough to get out of the sling and start PT after only 6 weeks. Normal recovery is 8-12 weeks. I'm 65 so expected recovery was even longer. I'm amazed.

Because of this my bones got extremely thin, to the point of being almost see through on X-rays, and walking was made even more painful.My doctor recommended Bone Up but it was extremely expensive. I looked at the ingredients and this is the same thing, except all the ingredients are almost triple what bone up has. I began taking this religiously and within a month my bones were actually visible again on X-ray after two months I was able to walk again without a boot because of how much it improved my bone density.Absolutely pleased with this product. The bottle has also lasted me a lot longer than I anticipated.The pills are massive and taste odd. You take three so be ready to chug a giant gulp to get them down. Theyre about the size of most multi vitamin tablets.

I like the fact that this has several minerals, Vit D, and C with the calcium. It's important to have the magnesium with the Calcium. But it's never been easy for me to take a magnesium supplement because they usually upset my digestion. This is easy on the stomach and digestion. The amounts of everything in it is not off the charts high. If you eat fairly reasonable, you're going to get some of these nutrients in your diet anyway. Just a good maintenance supplement in my opinion.

I thought I had to take one, but I have to take three at once. Ididn't really want to do that. I have to see if it works first. Once I find that out * will change.

I've only been taking these for about 10 days and I have no clue what is to come but what I know is I am feeling better already. The vitimans that are in this product have made me feel better. I am less tired. I have never had a bone test and probably won't because I hate doctors and test, but I will be able to tell because I know I have extreme arthritis and this will be a test after about 6 months of taking this. I did not have any stomach problems with this and don't wait to eat before I take it. Doesn't seem to bother me. However, I do get a little constipated but I am taking 2 psyllium caps every time I take 1 capsule. It works and if ever necessary I take senna. I take psyllium anyway because I have a slight case of diverticulosis and fiber is a necessity. According to my gastroenterologist. Yes, I do have one of those. I'm only taking 3 a day of these. I do not believe you need 6 a day.
