Better than perfect!
By a series of misinformation and miscommunication- we had ordered the correct item which was for a skirted toilet but it did not have the proper top tightening bolts. We returned that for this seat which is for the washlet but would fit the same as it was supposed to include the proper top bolts. It did and we installed it to find out the seat is a bit higher than the original seat. That is a bonus as the higher seat makes it easier for us to get up and sit down.

Love Toto
Fairly easy to clean, but 4 stars because they could have made it easier. Under the seat the supports that rest on the bowl are very deep/tall. Lots to clean around.4 stars for comfort because the seat is very rounded, it would be better flatter.

Easy to install, works as intended, including that it closely gently on its own
I contacted Toto customer support to ask which seat to get for my toilet. They referred me to this model, and the two I bought have been great.

Better than the previous Toto seat
Purchased another Toto seat cover 2 years ago and didn't care for it as much. This one is much nicer. You sit more naturally and it is very sturdy.

Hard to clean. Not as comfortable as other Toto
The seat work fine, but the dome shape makes it hard to clean the inside, and it just wasn’t as comfortable, as it is significantly higher and the dome shape was not as nice to sit on.
