Easy to install, works as intended, including that it closely gently on its own
I contacted Toto customer support to ask which seat to get for my toilet. They referred me to this model, and the two I bought have been great.

Fairly easy to clean, but 4 stars because they could have made it easier. Under the seat the supports that rest on the bowl are very deep/tall. Lots to clean around.4 stars for comfort because the seat is very rounded, it would be better flatter.

Awful. WILL NEVER TIGHTEN. No stars.
Please don’t spend money on this. I accidentally bought two thinking they looked great. They do. They also stay looking brand new. Unfortunately, they will never ever be tight enough to stop wiggling, shaking, shifting, or even open and close well. There are no returns too. If you have an issue you can only “ask for additional parts” so now I have an extra, very expensive, toilet seat I can’t use at all. I also have one on a toilet that everyone in my house avoids now. Awful seat. Never tightens enough. If you get it tight, it will be lose again very soon.
