This coffee gives a strength of 3 on the jar. But it comes across as being stronger in taste, with a long lingering effect on the pallet. I'm new to decaf, so I ordered 2 other well known brands as well. I haven't tried them yet, but they will have to be exceptional to beat this one. The price also beats the other brands by far. I like my coffee either black or white with no sweeteners & either way this one is very good. Well done Amazon !!!

I have been using this instant coffee for the past 3 months and I am pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. I change to this as the New Nes***e taste was not what it use to be. I do find it a bit more mellow flavoured and not as strong as other brands. However, it is a good flavour. I get 4 jars a month via subscription and with the offer it's less than £2 per jar. I would recommend it to others to try and buy. If I want a strong brew I use my filtered coffee but for a instant day to day cuppa I use this. It's also nice in a flask if made with coffee mate. It's OK, I'd give it 3.5 Stars. It's somewhat bland, but it's suitable for the first morning cup. Slightly bitter aftertaste. As for 'own brand' versions, I find the Lidl version more to my taste.

Bought on 23rd January today its 13th April still going the with 1-2 coffee a day(mostly 1). I am a breastfeeding mum that's why I switched to this and there is actually no difference between this decaf and other normal coffee. Medium strength as it states. The price is also good for a big jar and I'm very happy and I'll be always buying this always.

It’s not the best instant coffee, but it’s better than Tesco, Asda, Morrison own branded gold, for less money, ships in a plastic jar, that I think is great as it cuts down on weight and cost!Would definitely buy again
