A Winner
This is great. Saw a pretty immediate difference in my nails and hair. My nails used to split in the middle and no longer due even with long(er) nails. My hair has obtained some thickness as well in the area that began thinning since I turned 40. Love the no filler ingredients and the price compared to others as well. On my second bottle and definitely will remain a staple!

Easy to use daily
So far I haven’t noticed any big changes, but I’ve only been using it for a short time. What I do like is that it has no scent and no taste, which makes it really easy to add to my morning coffee or any drink. Looking forward to seeing results with continued use.

Calcium for bones? No, think SILICA instead
If your doctor is telling you to take calcium to get your bones healthy, think about getting another opinion, because that's not what bones are made of (bones have 20% calcium, and MOST of us get enough in our diets). Then research the the Phrase "strong bones need silica", and you will begin to understand our bones need minerals ALL THE TIME, not just calcium. Then read "The Calcium Lie 2" (Robert Thompson) and you will begin to understand that most of us need much more mineral supplementation that we get. This product has 375mg of silica in a tablespoon, which I am taking every other day. WHY? For me, it's all about Bone health. I am working hard to keep my MINERALS in balance, and in order. Now 375mg of silica a day is alot, and this much should rebuild bone (you need other minerals and vitamins here, let me be very clear about that).Minerals matter! I recently read that "vitamins are like little maids and butlers that scurry about turning on and off the lights, adjusting the shades, etc., but minerals were the building's foundation, the walls, the electricity (the infrastructure). According to Dr. Thompson, "Our BONES a like a "bank" that holds minerals the body needs. If we aren't making constant deposits, the body's demands (withdrawals) will render our bones brittle, thin, and our health a mess". Start thinking in terms of MINERALS that use vitamins, not the other way around. Fight to get the minerals you need--elderly people are said to have between 5 and 15 percent of their required minerals--no WONDER they have no energy--minerals are literally the "sparks" of life. Some believe that minerals ARE good health; and the reading I've done backs it up. So...I'm playing a little catch up. I'm trying to get a good macro and micro mineral BALANCE (the mineral RATIOS MATTER A LOT), and this is not simple. I am taking a lot of supplements and trying to keep up with my trace mineral elements (micro).Silica is a trace mineral element, but it is huge in bone building. My understanding is you need greater than 30-40mg for rebuilding bone. I take this every other day (I also take Eidon's Multiminerals, which has MOST, but not ALL the trace elements). When you take one mineral; another is depleted; there are synergistic and antagonistic relationships at work (quite complex). I'm a huge fan of topical magnesium; however, I just learned today that too much magnesium stops silica from entering the cells, and that is obviously not what I want. So, if you take this supplement; understand there is a cost in terms of another mineral or element in your body. Minerals have synergies, and antagonists: Cola drinks, nicotine, alchohol are antagonists to silica. But silica pushes ALUMINUM out of the cells (this can help Alzheimer's patients), so it is something to think about. My point is: minerals have to be in balance, this is needed for bone health, but there is a cost for supplementing at this level. Understand that before you jump on a particular mineral so that you don't create a cascading effect of mineral depletion. It is freally complex. The article about bone health can be found by searching on "Strong Bones Need Silica". There are excellent case studies where bone is being rebuilt (you read that correctly). Don't let anyone tell you it's normal for adults to have thinning bones. Your bones are thinner because your body is demanding minerals from them faster than you can put them in. (you can correct it).Bone health: silica, magnesium, copper, D3, K2, boron, calcium (we usually get quite enough in our diets), and major and trace elements.

Changed the Stopper
I've been using this product for over a year and have been greatly satisfied. But my most recent order came in a bottle that redesigned the stopper into two pieces that come apart every time you use the product. Very annoying! I don't understand why they would change it, it worked just fine as one piece. I am unable to recommend this product for that reason.
