I had tried so many supplements in my life, some on my budget some other more expensive because in the business industry and college being focused and energetic is whats keeps you going on what I love. I must said, this exceed my expectations. I gives me energy, I have more concentration and at the end of the day I sleep like a baby!! It is pricy by is worthy, I start with 3 pills and I haven’t do 6 which is the max you can take per day since less than 5 has been more than enough, it makes me also go to the bathroom like 3 to 4 times a day and it does make you thirsty, is Easy to use, follow the instruction, make sure you dont have over or a vitamin deficiency. It very Effective, will not upset you stomach, just take the lower dose (3 pills) the first day in the morning before breakfast and go on with your day. If you think it work charms with the same dose the first it will do the same every day, I do 100% recommend and will buymore once mine is done.
