After being in progestin based birth control for about 15 years I felt it had affected my body in ways I couldn’t regulate on my own and wanted to try going without it. This was the best decision for me, my hair has become thicker, I feel happier, I have less inflamed skin, more sex drive, and metabolism seems different not sure how to describe but perhaps healthier. Periods have been somewhat regular (28-33 days) but during them somewhat irregular, and I found myself struggling to lose weight despite going to orange theory 6+ days per week, doing plenty of low impact exercises and eating pretty balanced and fiber-full. This supplement seems to have been the key to unlocking the stubborn imbalance in my body’s hormonal/metabolic/immune dye balance that the birth control caused. I am on my second month taking it and feel like it is helping, slowly , but most things work slowly. Taste is phenomenal, zero medicinal or supplement aftertaste and the texture is like candy, I would guess there is nothing helpful in it if I didn’t see and feel the difference it has already made.

I bought these because I experience terrible mood swings days and sometimes a week before my period starts. My period is also never consistent. It jumps around, but I can usually tell when its about to come. I started taking these gummies last night and I took the serving size of 2. I noticed a dramatic change in my mood. I didn't take them on an empty either, but they seemed to absorb just fine. That being said, I also researched that it's good to sometimes take a small dose early in the day and then another small dose in the evening to get those long lasting effects. I took one gummy today on an empty stomach and again, I have a boost in my mood and mental clarity. Note, I am 34 years old at 5'1 and 112 lbs so this might hit me alittle different. I haven't gotten my period yet so its too soon to tell how it regulates my cycle. The taste is great. I not usually a pineapple fan, but I do love the taste of these gummies. They are not overpowering and they are easy to chew. Although it gave me a slight boost in energy, it also gave me a good nights sleep without much waking up. This is reasonably priced compared to other supplements I have found and this one has the least amount of bad reviews. Overall, I would recommend, but I do need to give it time to measure its effectiveness against my other symptoms.

So far I have noticed a positive effect on my mood. Husband even noticed and said something. Less pms and peri symptoms. I missed one day and that night I had nightsweats. So it definitely has reduced them. My skin has been drier mainly on my face so you may want to use a moisturizer if you don't already. I'll update this if I notice anything else.Oh and these taste YUMMY. I wish they would just make candy version without any vitamins. It does have organic pineapple extract so it tastes like ripe juicy pineapple without the acidity.

So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones.
