No corn
Many gluten free products contain corn. My daughter is sensitive corn as well as gluten. This blend works for her.

Bob's has great products
Since I'm Celiac, gluten Intolerant, I got back into making my own bread and brown rice flour is a main ingredient.It was a good price when you buy this box of 4 as they are individually packages.They have other brands but bulk in ONE container and you would have to use it quicker as once open the whole amount is exposed to air vs. the packages which are individual, I feel like I don't have to make a bunch at a time.

Very grainy
Not for pancakes, too grainy for baked goods, ok with bread. Maybe fried foods ok. Just expect some crunch with this one.
