Great Customer Support
Purchased the 1500BTU with heat strip for a new food truck build off Amazon easy to install (had a professional install the electricity) operated perfectly. Shortly after installing the unit stopped powering on. A quick email and they shipped a new control module. 10 minute install and unit works perfectly. No freezing winter temperatures in the food truck! Great customer support!

great unit
I purchased 2 of these to replace my old units on a 1995 RV and they were light weight and very easy to install. both of them arrived with out any problems and they even draw less power than the advertised so I can run both of them on 1 30 amp circuit. the fridge has to be off but it well worth it to have both of them running in the heat down in Moab Utah when we where on vacation with only 30 amp hookup. Thanks for making a good product.

Great power and functionality
It seems to me that the power is adequate, very simple to use. The noise may be a bit loud, but nothing serious. The surface recommended by the manufacturer is suitable and works well within that space.

NOPE
This was falsely advertised as having BOTH heating and cooling and it is ONLY an AC unit, there is no heat at all. The higher cost version is a heater cooler, but you would not know that until you go to the companies website to find out why your unit is blowing only cold air...I ended up eating the entire cost for this because I did a van build and could not test this prior to installation.

This unit works excellent. Great for the price. Have only used the AC function. Will be using the heating function in the next few months. Easy install. Easy operation.

Spent $1k on a unit that doesn’t even work.
Ordered the unit, upon installation there was oil spilt in the box. no damage to the box or the unit itself so it’s an internal manufacture problem. Installed to see if it would still work, it does not and also started leaking oil on top of my mobile grooming van. Contacted support and they want me to send the unit back and once they receive it they will send me a new one. That’s not going to work seeing as how there is already a hole at the top of the van for the unit to go and I have to work while waiting for the new one to arrive. Very frustrating.
