The media could not be loaded. Easy installation: very easy-to-follow instructions. They include a roll of Teflon tape for possible leaks, but I didn't have that issue. I had to drill a hole to fit my sink, with a 1-1/8" bi-metal hole-saw (I didn't want to sacrifice my soap dispenser). Easy process and matches my Vevo sink perfectly!Instructions say to let water run for a few minutes, and afterwards, the water tasted refreshing and delicious! Just like the expensive bottled alkaline water from Walmart (in which this water filter system will be the replacement of). It will definitely be worth the money in the long run.I'm very pleased with my purchase! ❤️

Product was easy to install but it initially tasted the same as my unfiltered tap (metallic). I was contacted and received replacement filters to try plus I let the water run for A LOT longer than the suggested time and it seems to have helped with my particular water. I also bought the single filter version for a friend where their issue is you can smell the chlorine in their water from just running it. That single filter cut that out and made it taste the same as their filtered fridgerator water so their products in general work well. The customer service is excellent and responds very quickly. Karina was A+. I’m glad I stuck with it and didn’t return it. I recommend their products and appreciate how they try to make things right if you have any issues.

Great under sink filter for city water with chlorine fluoride and bad taste. Easy install comes with everything you need. Water taste is greatly improved with the alkaline filter. Real nice tall spicket with smooth valve action. Bottom line, good unit.

This is my second the same filter. Use to used it for tank with fishes and fishes were absolutely healthy in this water. When I moved and pored to the tank water from the bottle, they died. This is how I realized that this filter is a real thing.

Tested the water after install and TDS is over 300.This does nothing for hard water!What 300+ TDS Indicates: Your water is still mineral-heavy, likely with calcium, magnesium, or other hard water salts—but it may also include trace metals, chlorine residue, or even sediment.
