I bought this for my son for Christmas, and it was very well received. It comes packaged in a lovely box, and all the pieces are wrapped up well inside plastic bags. The plastic pieces are extremely durable, brightly coloured and of good quality. The instructions were super user friendly (my autistic son was able to follow them, and he has struggled with previous manuals before) with a step-by-step illustrated format.My son realised towards the end of the build that there were a couple of pieces missing. I was worried because he started the kit a while after I bought it; I contacted the company anyway and they were exceptionally helpful and responded quickly. I emailed them with the details and they were very happy to supply me with the missing pieces, providing updates and a tracking number. I found the company to be genuinely considerate and helpful, with a desire to please the customer. The pieces arrived promptly and my son was able to finish his robot. I've attached a photo!I would absolutely recommend this kit to you. It's a good quality item from a lovely company. If they release more kits we will buy them! 5 stars!
