Works well with iPhone 12 max
Good bit of kit, works well with my iPhone 12 max - does struggle to stay level if I leave it in the phone case, but no problems with the bare phone & the App is simple enough to use.

Couldn't get the terrible app to work
Bought the Zhiyun Smooth 4 but had to return it. The main issue was that the app was terrible, I couldn't get it to work properly. To start with it was very unintuitive and there were no proper instructions, which made me inclined to return it immediately. If a company can't be bothered to write a manual then I feel disinclined to give them my money. But I decided to persevere for a bit, I'm experienced with all sorts of tech equipment and can usually work most things out, but this just didn't seem to work properly (on an iPhone 11), so I gave up and returned it. The hardware gimbal itself seems okay, although the lack of a joystick really limits it. Got the DJI OM4 instead, a vastly better product with a simple, well-functioning app which was a delight to use after the Smooth.

Tracking mode doesn't work with my OnePlus 6

Great with iPhone xs
Excellent Product . When using this gimbal I had an issue with the app. The live view is jagged. However the actual recording is smooth. So overall its fantastic.
