Did not arrive cold!!!!
This probiotic is to be kept cold, but it arrived warm! It was packaged in a plastic bag with one small ice pack. Really bad shipping container for a cold item! The ice pack and product were both warm. I don't feel comfortable taking the probiotic, so it's garbage! It's non-returnable item (since it's perishable) so I guess it's no skin off the company's back! The company should do better! Note, I have taken this probiotic in the past and it's a good product, but previously I bought it from my doctor's office and was cold! Great product......really bad shipping container!

I have been on this product for two weeks now. Recommended to me by my natural doctor.I haven’t noticed any difference yet at all. It hasn’t help me sleep or helped my anxiety at all. I do not have gas or bloating but she started me out on 1/8 teaspoon per day. I am now on 1/4 teaspoon per day… still no difference.I am healing from a long illness and colon surgery. I’m still praying for recovery.
