Not sure these hard caplets are working for me as well as the gel cap MSM I used prior and can no longer find. Hip pain and back pain somewhat returned so I'm going to search out another gel cap MSM to try in place of this one.

Since I'm in my 40s and train martial arts multiple times a week, leaving me with frequently sore hips and joints in general. I figured I'd give this a try. As results may vary between people when it comes to supplements I won't get into specifics too much, but I have not noticed any negative side effects from taking this.I would like to see them give a 60 day supply instead of 50, which feels like an odd number of days, you'd expect to see 30 or 60 usually, but that's my only critique.
