I wont mention the competitors wrap , that I used for five year but you know who I am talking about. After each of those 600 machines broke down a month out of warranty, I was willing to pay to have them repaired but THAT company makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to get service.I bought this while waiting to work it out with "D". Do yourself a favor and just BUY this! Save yourself 450 dollars and go straight to this one! The tools are better, the barrels work just as well- although they do get HOT as these are made from a material that really really heats up. A thermal glove or cloth would be a nice addition. Please run it on cold for at least 15 seconds to get it down to a manageable temperature.I have thin, fine stick straight, hair but I have a LOT Of it, and it is past my shoulder blades, and just like I did with the expensive brand, I do my hair when it is completely dry, with a foam mousse in the morning, after washing the night before, and the curls still fall out to the point that they are more "body" or soft curl than a real tight real curl, but this is how my hair reacts, it is not the fault of the machine. I actually like this type of curl as it looks really really natural.I was not sure that the barrels would be long enough, but they seem to work fine. This machine works quickly, the dryer attachment is great and I love it.I am not even going to bother getting my other machines repaired. I do hope they eventually offer a clickable barrel that can change directions,. Nice job.

I really do like this product. I’ve used it for a few months now and find that I use the blow dryer brush and the curling iron most often. But it’s nice to have other attachments for when needed. My hair is below my shoulders not real thick and it dries my hair from towel dry in about 8 to 10 minutes. I actually haven’t timed that. Usually, I towel dry it and let it air dry for a while while I do something else. So when I dry it, it’s probably 50% dry, and it takes about five minutes with the brush to straighten out my curls and dry it completely. Wonderful, I love how fast it dries yet it doesn’t seem to dry out the hair. I do use a heat protector and a frizz control before drying. If I want the ends to curl under better than with the brush, I simply twist off the brush and twist on the curling attachment. If I want the curls to stay tighter, I make sure I cool them down before I let go of the curl. If I just want to bend the ends a little bit, I use medium or hot heat and just move onto the next area. That tidied up the ends just fine. For the tighter looking curls it’s best to use the hot and then go to cool while holding the curl in place, or even pin each curl section up with a clip until you’re done.I got the pink gold. It looks nice. I’m happy with it. Changing the attachments is simple as turning a little cuff left or right.If I had one complaint, it would be the cord. They made a nice heavy duty cord, but it just bumps into everything. It’s so stiff. It knocks things off on the bathroom counter. It gets hung up around the knob on my drawer and cabinets, and when I go to put it away, it sticks out it won’t lay down and conform to the case. I’ve even just laid it on top of the case and the cord bounces off and knocks the iron over. This would not prevent me from buying this product again, but I just wanted to put it out there in case this companys’ research and development department might be reading this. I think a more flexible, softer cord would make this product over the top.

I'm obsessed. And have only used it twice. Cause I literally just got it. Ive bought cheaper ones and both broke on me within a month. The motor would burn. So bizarre. Long story long, I decided to spend my money on this one. And omgosh!! The packaging is beautiful, and classyLooking. Its a travel case as well. Only thing I didn't really understand were the arrows. Lol. I knew one was for the right side and the other for the left side. However, I think putting an R & An L instead of arrows might help. That could just be me. Lol. Im praying this lasts me as long as possible. I can also share this with my daughter. Super fast shipping. I literally ordered this on june 30th and got this early July 1st. Super freaking fast. It came in the middle of the night. Oh I'd like to mention when switching out tools, be careful on how hot the the tool is. That was the only down side. When I went to change air wraps it was so hot, I had to wait awhile to pull it out. Not that big of a deal. Super excited to order more products and spread the word. Thanks so much.

I have been seeing versions of air wrap stylers everywhere and I finally decided to buy one because I wasn’t happy with my existing flat iron styler. This thing is great! Got to me in one day, very easy to follow instructions and very user friendly. Takes about the same amount of time to curl my hair as it did with my previous styler and the curls come out way better and lasted all day with no hairspray needed. The owner Ruth is super nice and accommodating and I appreciate the free 2 year warranty. At first I thought I wouldn’t like the different attachments but I ended up loving them. They all work great and it only took me 2-3 times of using them to get the hang of it. It’s nice that the air holds the hair in the wrapped position so no worries about holding it there with your hand and burning yourself. The attachments heat up and cool down super fast so you barely have to wait at all before removing them and putting them back in the case. Only small complaint I have is the case is bulky, but when it allows me to have so many options for how to do my hair and it comes out better than it ever has it’s worth it. Hoping to see less damage to my hair too over time since the air styler is supposed to be more gentle and I’m not clamping flat irons on it every day. And you can’t beat the price! Would for sure recommend this product/seller.
