We use it in tea and coffee, also in recipes calling for anise or fennel. Huge plus that it's organic. Has become a daily go-to. I have neuropathy and looked up certain supplements to help with pain and licorice root was one of the supplements that is supposed to help. Unfortunately, neuropathy won’t be cured by licorice root but I’m trying to do everything that I can to help naturally. I’ve been taking this supplement for three weeks now, and the only thing that I have noticed is that I have more energy. I put the two drops under my tongue and hold it underneath for a few minutes, and then swallow it with room temperature water twice a day. Very mild taste, and not offensive at all. Stuff works good so far

The cap broke within a week of use; the dropper is separated from the screw cap and the bottle is now unsealed. Very inconvenient: can't shake, can't travel, doubting freshness.

Worked great, I did find out when I went to the doctor that you can only take it for 2-3 day's at a time. I took it 4 days, but it did clean out the rest of the junk in my lungs .

I bought it to mix with coconut oil to relieve my cat of itching, but I also put it in my tea.
