great fit
I have tried almost a hundred different eartips for my iems. I think spinfits are my best fit. Bass but not too much...treble, but not too much. They stay in the ear and are comfortable.

2 goats. This is one of them
My favorite silicone tip along with dunu ss. Helps with details in the treble, keeps bass, extreme value for price. I love these over the Spinfit Neo and Azla Orgin. Get these instead it's pretty much the same thing only difference is price

Best to keep IER-Z1R in ears
Yep, these are best, and help keeping huge Z1Rs in years, while working out, etc.Other tips even by same brand have thicker silicon, which can be argued provides a little better seal, but the downside is they are more "springy" causing them to slip out of ears with time. This are gentler, and thinner, they fixate in ears well, seal years ok too - if chosen large enough size.In summary I have spent hundreds of $$ on various tips to help keep behemoth Z1Rs in ears, this are best, because I rotate my entire stock few times and these are the ones. The downside of these is I still am trying to narrow down why happened what happened, but I used Isopropyl alcohol to clean these once in 2 weeks, and after each use they became larger - I know strange, maybe some property of this particular silicon formula. But I suspected this already when was about to clean them last time, - so I think that is it - if you leak alcohol onto inside ring, the ring becomes wider, so much that it is now completely out of size and cannot stay attached to IEMs anymore. This downside means I need to reorder these periodically, or if I prove it is because of alcohol, I may try soap and water instead and see how it goes with that. Because otherwise spending $9 every 2 months while not expensive, still means I have to setup entire logistic just to listen to my IEMs :)Update:I finally found an alternative to alcohol-based cleaner to prevent these from deforming. You can search up any hear aid cleaning solution here. The one that worked for me is Audinell, but I believe any alcohol-free formula will work. It also cleans tips much better than Iso alcohol. each clean helps keeping IER-Z1Rs sealed and in-ear for 3+ days

Worked on Meze Alba
Larger than large size that came with Alba. Gave better seal. Would be 5 star but $8/9 for one pair is silly.

VERY effective seal - allowing fantastic sound
Being a musician getting blown out by the drums and not hearing my instrument (specifically bass guitar) and vocals, I thought I'd give IEM's a try. I've struggled with sound and fitment from the get go. I had a relatively inexpensive pair ($50) so I upgraded to a $200 pair of Mackies (MP-240), thinking that might help, which shipped with a big variety of ear tips (sizes and materials (both silicon and foam)). Yet only if I hold them, with great pressure into my ears would, I get a good seal where I could clearly hear my bass guitar in the mix. I was convinced my IEM's (along with my transmitter and EQ) were good enough, I just needed a better ear tip.The W1's were going to be my last attempt at a relatively inexpensive solution (vs custom ear molds). The W1's look exactly like one of the sets I got from Mackie, so I didn't have much hope. I was thinking I'd need something longer to go deeper into my ear.Yet when I put them in they created an unbelievable seal. I could tell before even plugging in an audio source the isolation from my environment. So far I've only plugged them into my phone, but the sound was incredible! I'll try them plugged into my band's mix this weekend, but based on initial impression, I expect them to perform exactly as I wished. For $10 instead of low end ear molds for $300 (between impression and having them made). They feel a little sticky to the touch...so I wonder if that has something to do with how they seal. But for $10 a set, I wouldn't care if I had to get a new set every month. I doubt I will, but that would be a small price to pay for the comfort and ability to create a very strong, tight seal!

Excellent for IEMs
I had some CP145s on my Moondrop Arias, but they would come off the nozzle too easily. These W1s have a much better fit and are snug and secure. Great sound and comfort too.

Of no help whatsoever, but, that's not their fault
Bought to address the problem of the tips coming off and sticking in your ear on Samsung Galaxy buds 2. It didn't, but, to be fair, none of the numerous other brands I've tried did either. They are also too long to fit in the charging case.Other than that, they were pretty clearly better made than the others. If I had better buds, they'd be fine.

So much comfort when putting them on, and I barely played around with my ears today! On another note, sound wise, BRILLIANT!
