Good product for trying to help learn portions and portion control. My dad actually asked for them for a gift so that was why I purchased. He is very happy with them and I think they really helped him in identifying and learning appropriate portion sizes.

I bought these for my two great nephews one is six and one is nine.
We are working with them to understand portion control, and proper nutrition. They enjoy putting the food on their plate and being able to identify the amount, the type, and enjoy seeing it fit in their plate. They have a renewed interest and nutrition, and this is a really fun and easy Dish to use. It is very high-quality dishwasher safe and incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend this!
