Got this for my Mom without trying myself and not knowing what to expect. She said that after trying the first one, she started noticing improvement in the blood circulation in her feet, the pain went away, and she could walk more easily. She also started sleeping better and feel lighter overall and she thinks it's related because, it started as she started using these patches. Unfortunately, thete's not a lot in the package. I will get her more in the future, it would be great if the box said if these patches are OK to use every day or if there is a recommended period to use and then stop for a while.

I have been using foot pads for a better part of 3 years now. I tried a bulk pack on Amazon, they worked fine. I decided to try something new this time and tried the ginger. I will say that the pads stuck better to my feet, additionally I slept better and had more energy for the next two days than usual.

I read an article about how deep cleansing foot pads help to detoxify the body and I decided to give the pads a try. They work great! It's amazing how many toxins have been removed and how much better I feel with improved circulation, feet feeling better, and more energy. I highly recommend this product.

Great product overall; I need to use on a more continuous basis to see the whole result.

hard to get the black stuff it leaves on bottom of your feet

These are horrible. They adhesive is so strong that it rips when you are taking it off. You try to get the “leftovers” off and it will not come off. I wish I could return them because they are so bad. I guess I will just throw them away.

These really work. I've always had trouble waking up in the morning and have recently suffered from achy legs. I used these pads for a few days and started waking up before my alarm went off, actually feeling awake and refreshed. My legs stopped aching too. Then I started thinking the pads were too expensive and/or it was a placebo effect, so I switched to a cheaper brand (100 pieces for the same price!) to see if I could get the same results. Well, I learned my lesson - you get what you pay for. My sluggishness and achy legs came back within a couple of weeks. So I came back for the real thing, and after only two nights I'm awake before my alarm again and feeling much better. I don't know the science behind these versus the others, but I'd say don't waste your money on the cheap ones. These really do work (at least for me) and are worth the money.
