Amazing product
I cannot rate this highly enough!I have had several tins of this wax, and it has never failed to achieve excellent results. Most recently I renovated a pine table, and treated the flat table section to 2-3 coats. It’s also been used on an oak breakfast bar - this is live edge board, it kitchen work top. The wood was first given some Danish Oil, and then once dried, had 3 coats of this wax, and the colour, protection and finish are perfect. It does go a long way, so start with small amounts, and a lint free cloth is perfect. Leave it for a little while, and then go over with a different cloth to get the excess off. Be patient, as wax does take days to fully dry and make the wood ‘useable’Beautiful product and as long as I continue with hobbyist woodwork, I will always have a tin of this ready to use.

Perfect finish on my German built Warwick Corvette Natural oil wood body.
I have a Warwick German made Corvette in natural wood finish. I used this to wax clean and polish the body and the result is very good. The wax is natural clear, it has a slight golden colour n the tin but doesn’t shade or tint the bass colour. Polishes off to an eggshell depth. Fantastic finish but for those that don’t know, only use on the body and if preferred (I do) the back on the neck. I wouldn’t use this for the fretboard, just lemon oil for that.

Good polish but too smelly for me.
Bought this to revamp old chest of drawers which I had sanded down. Goes on easily, buffs up well but the smell of the linseed oil is off putting. Doesn't smell too bad in the tin but much smellier when on the furniture. Two weeks on I have tried washing it off and am now going to re-sand it down to get rid of the smell. Real shame about the smell because otherwise it's great.

No horrible smell
This wax brings my wooden furniture up a treat. The best part about this Wax is as it is natural there are absolutely no toxic fumes and yet it still does an excellent job, so I didn't get a headache, and I didn't have to air out my flat for days on end to get rid of any toxic fumes. The box wasn't easy to open with those stupid heavy duty furniture staples, so that is a big issue that needs to be revised. But I highly recommend this Wax, and when the tub runs out I will definately purchase some of this Wax again. Thank you.

Brilliant product
I purchased this as we were sanding back our dining room furniture, after sanding I applied the beeswax and left over night, wiped down the next day to get the residue off then buffed with another clean cloth. We are so pleased with how the chairs have come up, and after recovering the seats they look fantastic. The beeswax is so very easy to use, it is a little tacky/sticky but any residue just wipes/buffs off, I have just ordered another two tins for the table, hopefully I will be able to post a photo of before and after of the table once We have finished it. Very prompt delivery, I would highly recommend this product. Thank you

Great finish
I bought this product to really bring out the grain in our new rosewood dining table and give it some added protection. The results were excellent. You need very little wax on the cloth, similar to if you were lightly greasing a baking tray, just a thin film in the direction of the grain. Leave for 30mins then buff off with soft cloth in a circular motion. Leave for at least 24hrs to finish soaking into the wood. Brilliant product and one tin will last a long time.

Good - but will darken wood
I did a lot of research about what to use on natural oak and choose this as it was 100% pure beeswax and wouldn’t darken the wood too much. However it did darken the wood significantly (see before/after photo). I expected a slight darkening but not to this degree, but with natural 200 year old oak I appreciate this may be a combination of the wood also. So this review is just to make people aware and not a criticism of the product. I did also use this on my other wood furniture that has been waxed previously and it brought the wood up beautifully although slightly darkening it a little. In regards to my fire surround I managed to strip the wax back out using white vinegar and cream of tartar!
