Best butter dish I've ever owned. I bought a Yellow one for butter and a white 1. For cream cheese .works wonderful.

Very handy and reduces mess.
So happy I purchased as it has definitely cleaned up a messy shelf when there are pieces of butter quarters wrapped in paper laying all over the shelf. It is easy to use and will hold 2 quarters very nicely. I bought the blue one.

It is convenient except it hard to take apart to wash
I purchased this months ago. However a little piece that holds the item broke off. It was imbeded into the bottom and I could not get it out. I had to purchase another. It I could have just replaced the one piece, I would not have had to buy another.

Superb butter dish
This does an excellent job keeping butter clean and fresh for quite some time. It is easy to disassemble and clean in the dishwasher. I used my first one so much I wore it out and purchased another one. I've tried quite a few other butter dishes but this remains my favorite one.

Advertised that the product would hold two sticks of butter. Tried it but the lid was unable to close.
