e been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep and muscle soreness. The 500 mg dose prevents having night cramps for me. Dosing is an individual thing, but for me I need the 500 mg. I also introduce dill pickle juice about 3 ounces if I can feel during the day or evening signs of cramping. Using both for me Puts me at ease to getting a good nights sleep.

I have really liked this magnesium supplement. It is gentle and hasn't caused any adverse reactions. I've taken it to help with the absorption of Vitamin D. It is an inexpensive but pretty clean product so I feel comfortable taking it. Will purchase again.
