This stuff REALLY Sticks. I put it over some air vents outside for the Winter. When we came back in the Spring, I tried to take it off the vents. But it won't come off. Easy to cut and to put on, but I'd like to remove it. So if you are thinking of this as a temporary installation, this is not for you. IF it's going to be PERMANENTLY installed, then this is the ticket.

Sometimes this will stick great while other times it will not. I presume it has something to do with the material being stuck to. Don't expect it to stick to everything, even if it appears clean and dry.

Installed this on a couple panels of my Bobcat airpack welder to quiet some noise. Didn’t notice any sound deadening but most the noise from my welder is from the exhaust pipe anyway. The material seems to be exactly like the OEM material you see inside all the doors on towable MQ generators so I’m confident it’s durable and of good quality since it seems very strong and doesnt tear easy. The sticky backing is also of excellent quality. So far I’ve put a few hours on the generator since installing and have not seen any adhesion problems or melting from engine heat so I’m pretty happy with the product.

Surface was cleaned but product didn't stick well. I will try adhesive spray with it.

Works great, easy installation

Use it to sure up the air conditioner wings. Works well, especially keeping the air in and heat out.Be warned; this product is super sticky so you will want to measure twice and cut once. :)
