Very poor service of Amazon customer care. My speaker is not working since 1.5 month complain is already lodged. But no response.

In all aspects of its features, this speaker delivers a remarkable performance. The background sound is immersive, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. The bass, while impressive, occasionally overpowers the vocals and music, hence a rating of 4 out of 5. The vocals, on the other hand, are clear and crisp, deserving another solid 4 out of 5 rating. Overall, the sound quality provided by this speaker is sure to impress.There is one thing you should be aware of—the speaker has a built-in light that may run out after a specific time. However, according to the manual, this should not affect the speaker's functionality. Just keep in mind that the batteries powering the light are irreplaceable.Speaking of batteries,(5 to 6hrs 80% vol, after you reach 40% the speaker starts giving you warning of low power) the speaker's battery life has been satisfactory. i ordered this product in december 2023 and received defective piece so i returned the order but again get the defective one after work for 3 months the switch button is not working and i am still sending the mail regarding my problem but everytime they asked me to send the video and some required documents after sending everything on mail everytime they are not doing anything and not replying on my mail i want to resolve this issue before the warranty period but they are keep avoiding so i request everyone dont waste your money on every amazon product you will gonna regret i am totally disappointed

Not a great purchase. The sound quality is just ok, considering it is a 20W speaker. The bass is bare minimal.

Since I got this product delivered it has been my music companion. Great for indoor and outdoor use. It’s very compact and portable hence carrying it is super easy. Battery life is great and the charging is fast too. I am loving this product.
