i ordered this product in december 2023 and received defective piece so i returned the order but again get the defective one after work for 3 months the switch button is not working and i am still sending the mail regarding my problem but everytime they asked me to send the video and some required documents after sending everything on mail everytime they are not doing anything and not replying on my mail i want to resolve this issue before the warranty period but they are keep avoiding so i request everyone dont waste your money on every amazon product you will gonna regret i am totally disappointed

Cheap quality product. Sound was ok but not so crisp. It worked for exactly 11 days and then stopped. Took it to a repair shop. iC was defective. They replaced it and speaker is not working fine. Had to spend 200 for repair

Features in order of importance -The sound quality: mediocre at bestBattery life: I have not measured, but it is bad enough to push me to keep it on charge most of the time.Look, finish, quality of build: Just alright would rate it 3 stars.FM: I have not been able to get the FM Work.Aux (with Alexa): I have connected my Alexa Echo to make this Alexa enabled. Works fine. But in BIG ISSUE with Aux - when you are charging with Aux plugged in, there is an irritating loud interface noise from the speaker.When connected to my phone through Bluetooth, the + and - buttons are not volume (counter intuitive) but for changing tracks. {Facepalm}Had I discovered all the flaws in the first week, I would have returned it.
