Disappointed Purchase – Not Suitable for 6ft Individuals | No Support from Amazon or Da URBANI purchased the Da URBAN® Merlion Office Chair, which was delivered on 12th May 2025 and installed the following day. Unfortunately, after using it for just one day, I realized that it is not at all compatible for individuals who are 6 feet tall. The headrest constantly presses against my shoulders, causing significant discomfort and making it unsuitable for long hours of use.I raised this issue with Amazon, only to be told that it is a "compatibility issue" and therefore not eligible for return or refund. Following this, I reached out to the Da URBAN company, but they too washed their hands of any responsibility, stating that the chair's dimensions were clearly mentioned and the rest is not under their purview.What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability from both the seller and the manufacturer. If the product is not suitable for individuals over a certain height, this should be clearly mentioned in the product description — not hidden behind technical dimensions that an average buyer may not fully interpret.Why design an ergonomic office chair that fails to accommodate taller individuals? It’s frustrating to invest in a product expecting comfort, only to find out post-purchase that it does not serve its basic purpose.This entire experience leaves me wondering: why isn’t it explicitly stated in the product description that the chair is not compatible for people over a certain height? Expecting every customer to interpret dimensions and visualize ergonomic fit is unrealistic. A simple disclaimer could have saved time, money, and frustration.Unfortunately, there is no option to give zero star, which is overly generous for the lack of product compatibility and after-sales support.Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Headrest not good not bad it's okay.You feel that comfort while spending a long working hours daily I'll use it around 10hrs .It's good for me .And the wheel and hydraulic cylinder functionality was good.Then came here warrenty.Manufacturer support warranty for 3 years . Recently I claimed a warrenty for a part every thing processed smoothly. For warranty claim you need to call or message via whatsapp, number will be inthe user manual .

Really happy with the chair. Packaging was great. Been using it for 3 months now and it's performing good. Loved the wheels, because they are very smooth. Adjustable hand rests are definitely very helpful for resting the arms in the right height.Additionally I was really impressed with their services. One hand rest's height adjusting mechanism was faulty but after reaching out to their service number, they verified the issue and immediately sent new replacement part. Their responses are also very prompt.

I had a very minor issue — so small I told them not to worry about it, and that I’d fix it locally. Still, the company insisted on taking care of it themselves. They were polite, prompt, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore, especially online.It’s rare to come across a company that not only delivers a top-notch product but also stands behind it 110%. I’m honestly still a little in shock at how well they handled everything. Highly recommend both the chair and the team behind it.
