I am absolutely in love with this oven! It offers so many uses that we find ourselves using it more than our stove's oven. I highly recommend purchasing the larger basket if you have a family, although the included one works fine for the two of us. The accessories are easily stored nearby, and configuring it to meet your cooking requirements is a breeze. A fantastic feature is the ability to use each side separately and program it so that your food is ready at the same time (which is just awesome!). Just a heads up, your toast might come out lightly browned, but it will be perfectly crispy - definitely better than the alternative! Overall, if you decide to invest in this item, I'm confident you'll be pleased with your purchase.

This worked for less than a month and now we get Er I and it will not work. Return window closed. We are out 300 for a piece of junk.I upgrade to two stars from one star. Customer Service did respond and they will send me a new one.I will use the new one and if it works for more than a month I will change my review.I received the new unit in less than a week after contacting the company customer service.It had several components that were not included in my original purchase.I do believe my first unit was an Amazon return. Not a new unit.Will upgrade again if necessary.

The microwave is gathering dust. This is so versatile. Once you taste food reheated this way instead of a microwave, you'll learn quickly that its worth the wait. Pizza reheats with crisp crust instead of soggy. Reheated steak stays hot.Best grilled cheese comes out of this oven. Baked potatoes come out perfect if done right, and with crispy peels for people that like the peel.The tricky part with this is that it is a bit specialized so some recipes meant for air fryers are not quite matched to this.I had a dedicated plug installed for it because its rated with a pretty high power.You may want to get some suitably sized oven safe glass baking dishes. Great for reheating and I personally don't like cooking anything on aluminum.

We had an instapot air fryer and this one is so much better. Easy to use, easy to clean and much more versatile because it can also be used as a toaster oven. Very happy with this purchase

It’s a great option to do quick meals without turning on the oven. It does not air fry as well as as the two cartridge ninja. I have repeatedly tried to air fry soft boiled eggs, which could be done in nine minutes at 300° in the ninja and I keep trying to increase the time and the and the eggs are basically runny completely when they come out and not soft boiled at all! I also find that when I air fry things like fries and bacon, they are not as crispy as the ninja! The reason I switched is because of the black peeling in the bottom of the baskets so I will make this one work, but I’m gonna have to tweak it because it is not functioning near as nice as I would like
