Sturdy Frame With Flexible, Stretchy Netting - 5 Star Product
I purchased the smaller version of this Easy Net Tunnel and was so impressed with it, I went straight back on line and purchased another the same size, and this larger version, too. This larger size is perfect for growing cabbages, as the width and height will allow for growth. I like the ease in which it goes into place, and the fact that you can water through the netting without having to remove it each day. Endorsed by Pippa Greenwood of Gardeners World fame, I don't know why it took me so long to purchase these for my veg garden ! Comes packed-flat in a Velcro-sealed poly bag, so in winter I'll store this in my greenhouse, ready for use for the following year. 5-Star product. Update:- Once opened, I found that the end of the tunnel netting was split but will keep and repair myself as the tunnel is needed for use this week.

Fine Mesh to keep pests out & easy to use
This is a very fine mesh tunnel, with sturdy hoops & strong mesh, that will keep out carrot fly & other small pests. It is easy to use with a draw strings at either end to vary its size to cover different size drills or raised beds. I highly recommend this product, with a good price & looks good & I'm buying more.

This is an absolutely brilliant item for growing on vegetables - I would rate it as 5 star apart from the price and capacity. In my vegetable plot the cabbages and cauliflower under this tunnel are doing significantly better than in other parts of the garden but if you have a large plot to fill then using cloche hoops and anchors with a good netting over them is not as good but more affordable. I plan to add to my stock of these over the years as they are clearly very effective and unless you go to the expense of using a very good fruit net covering on the cheaper option of hoops you will find that birds can still do damage to leaves that are within pecking distance and that you will get more damage from moths getting access to the plants and damaging them.

Micro Mesh is yellow/green not white!
I ordered the micromesh expecting it would be white as advertised, but it's an off yellowish green!Update - I have put one up over some carrot seeds and it does create a nice cover. I also placed fleece over it for now, in case of frost, but they are just the right length of 3 meters for my veggie patch. I imagine if there was wind I may have to weight the edges down or pin it with longer stakes.

Easy to use and keeps your young plants safe
really an excellent product to keep your new young plants safe from pests while they develop. Very easy to pick up and move to another spot which makes it ideal for allotments.

Sturdy but dark
This is large and solidly made, with sturdy green mesh (almost like camouflage webbing) and thick wire supports, with drawstrings at the ends. However I was concerned that the tunnel cut out a lot of light from the plants underneath compared to standard netting - this is aimed at keeping larger pests at bay, such as butterflies and birds, but it's so dark inside the tunnel, growth will surely suffer somewhat (and air circulation may be an issue too). Additionally the fabric this is made from is quite heavy and can drape on the plants underneath, potentially distorting growth/allowing pests to access outer leaves. Ultimately I prefer the fine mesh version from the same producer but this may suit in sunnier areas or if you want to create a cooler microclimate (say for growing lettuces in midsummer).
