Lacking in packaging but a fair price
Packaging was a bit lacking so one of the lids was smashing up. A second one had a crack.

Removes ice quickly
Having only purchased de-icers from Tesco and Aldi before, I thought they were all a bit rubbish. I saw a friend use this and it worked so well I had to buy one for myself. It works extremely well and is worth the money

Item was good but unfortunately the lid was broken in transit. I contacted seller who promptly replied with an apology and has resolved the issue. Many thanks.

Easing the removal of the lid
I have yet to use the de-icer so cannot comment on its effectiveness nor smell. However, regarding the reported difficulty of removing the lid, once the lid is removed without damage the severity of the protrusions in the lid can be lessened by sanding them down a little. Having done so, the lid can more easily be removed without damage.
