I store the hammock away if it's due to rain and its last two years. It's a little heavy but at least it's sturdy. I absolutely love it. Easy to assemble, for me only very minor rusting where the paint has chipped but not noticeable.Given it's longevity it's definitely worth the price I paid.It fits me in very comfortably, but also had me and small children in too so a great size.

I wasn't expecting the world, given this was pretty affordable, but it's completely perfect! Very comfy, took hardly 5 minutes to assemble without any tools, it is nice and sturdy...I couldn't ask for more. Seems a little small to fit two adults. Feels like it could take the weight it promises but unless two people are sitting side by side, rather than lying across it, it seems like it would be a bit of a squish. I'm delighted with this in any case! Arrived very quickly too.

True the hammock itself does not guarantee the weather on a tropical island but it really is so relaxing lying in it, sensing the natural swing and watching the clouds go by.The hammock stand is very easy to put together with just five poles that slot onto one and other. Simple screws keep everything in place and are easy to fit. The whole thing can be constructed in a matter of minutes with only one person.There are two hooks that screw into the arms of the stand. These can be positioned at different heights to adjust the height of the hammock.The hammock itself is made of nice thick cotton with sturdy looking ropes. It is designed as a double hammock and comfortably took two adults sitting in it together.Personally I enjoy my hammock to myself (terrible I know) and find there is a little bit extra fabric than is needed. Although in the less than predictable UK weather I found it nice to wrap myself up in the extra layers.The whole thing can be packed away into the enclosed storage bag. As long as you store everything in neatly it will be fine. You can then carry around the bag but it is fairly heavy so would suggest limiting this to moving it from the shed/garage to the garden!Personally I haven’t wanted to leave the stand out in the rain and have chosen to pack it away each night. I’m sure it would withstand some weathering but I have opted to keep it dry.This is a bit of an extravagant purchase but it’s so relaxing and worth every penny. The quality is great and I love that it can be packed away when not in use.

Background/light product research:I was weighing up getting one of these portable hammocks for a while and searching a few different products before opting for this one. There are similar products for cheaper, but this one is of a respectable quality, bearing in mind that the prices of cheaper alternatives still cost a fair amount and tend to have an increased chance of using cheaper materials. As a rule I try to avoid going too cheap on any item that goes between myself and the ground e.g. shoes, chairs, mattresses...your back and feet will thank you.Assembly:It is easy and fairly quick to assemble: 5 finger tightened bolts, 1 of which can stay in, that secure 5 sturdy metal tubes. The hammock hooks are adjustable and tightened with wing nuts. The fabric is nice and fits 1 very comfortable or 2 slightly less comfortably (check maximum reccomended weight).There are also 2 spare rubber feet, and the bag the set comes in is good quality.Usage:This has been ideal for me in a garden that doesn't have trees to use for attachment points, and I have also used it for camping as well as in the living room for fun.The fact it can be disassembled into a carriable bag is very convenient.TL;DR/Summary:Overall I can't find much fault with this product and would reccomend it for the summer months especially if you have a garden or enjoy camping, but do check other alternatives and get a sense of average pricing. This isn't the cheapest possible option but you can tell that it has had good funding in production.

This is a fantastic hammock. The frame is really easy to put together and very sturdy but still lightweight. I’ve had mine for two years now and having left it out all sumner twice, the frame is showing absolutely no sign of rusting/weathering. It is easy to pack away with a nice quality bag, which is also fairly compact if you want to take it away on holiday. The actually hammock is a nice quality weave and very strong as well: best hammock I’ve had by a long way and would definitely purchase again as and when a new one is needed. Great choice of colours/designs as well. Well worth the money at full price, an absolute steal at sale prices.

Very comfy and no cartoon capers to get in and out of. Great size, partner is 6' tall and he loves it. Canvas is great colour and feels sturdy
