A little background: I was on birth control from a young age because of irregular periods and cysts. From then on, I had very regular and light periods with literally no symptoms otherwise (never experienced a cramp, migraine, etc). In college, I had an ovary removed because of a benign tumor, but I continued to have regular monthly periods. I stopped taking the pill in my early 20s, and shortly thereafter started having kids. I am now 37, with 4 kids, and in the past few months, things changed. Although cramping still hasn't occurred, I started bleeding very heavily, getting migraines and being nauseous, and was a train wreck emotionally. Two years ago I took an Everlywell test and it said my estrogen was really high and my progesterone was really low. My obgyn said the symptoms are likely the start of perimenopause that could last the next 7-10 years and gave me lots of hormonal medications as options to research and get back to her. But I decided to try a more natural route first and this was my first pick.It's only month one but I did take it as instructed with meals, 3x a day (sometimes I'd forget one of the 3), and I stopped when I got my period as instructed. I had a slight headache the day before my period but that's it (and usually it's much worse than a slight headache). The bleeding was much lighter, it only lasted 4 days (and 2 of those days it was quite light), and no emotional train wreck. I have had no side effects other than my period came 3 days later than expected.Highly recommend giving this a try if you want to balance hormones a bit more naturally. It may not work for everyone but so far it has been so helpful for me and I feel much better about this than putting artificial hormones into my body.

These are extrenely potent and high quality!!! You wont find better this brand is very reliable have been using them for years and hardly ever been dissapointed. 🥰 These helped my hormones feel more regulated, and have more energy during day (also helped with lubrication and my period). As well as helped my mood throughout the day to stay more posotuve and energized. Also would feel more clarity, morivation, focused.These even helped with digestion and decreased bloating. Love these! ❤️🩵 Would reorder again but the price is a little too much for me sadly.But I plan to reorder again when I can. 😊🩵🧡

I know everyone is different, so results will vary. But, I can say that they do help with my PMS. I get all sorts of symptoms that are wildly similar to early pregnancy symptoms (ugh!). I couldn't take it anymore!! So, after doing some research, and wanting a reputable company, I went with these. I take one a day for two weeks prior to my period. Do the symptoms disappear entirely? No, but I'm pleased with the results. Will be buying again.

Coming from the extreme skeptic, this stuff actually helped! The last couple winters I noticed I was extremely moody and having extreme mood swings. Last winter I started taking vitamin D and that seemed to help last year, but I tried that again this winter and it did not improve anything! I was so moody, angry, impatient with my husband and my kids, I was yelling, screaming at them sometimes which is so not like me. I couldn't stand myself. TMI but I have an IUD so I don't have periods, so I didn't even realize that my symptoms were coinciding with my cycle until I had some light spotting for three months in a row. The two weeks before the spotting I was a monster. Then that first week of my period I was tolerable, then the second week I was crazy happy, almost hyper. So that week was kind of fun but the next two weeks that followed were hell, for me and my family. (I'm 31 with two small kids.) I seriously thought I might be bipolar until I realized it was coinciding with my cycle (I tracked it with hormone horoscope for a couple months. great app). I was googling mild bipolar disorder, seasonal affect disorder, and extreme pms, which is when I found out about PMDD which is what I think my problem is. So then I googled treatment for that and in an effort to avoid SSRIs I tried every natural remedy I could find: I continued my vitamin D, doubled my calcium supplement, added evening primrose oil, vitamin E, and this female balance. So I'm not sure I can say it is JUST the female balance that has made a world of difference, but the combo sure has. I am not having mood swings!! I still have bad days of course but I don't feel like I am completely out of control of my emotions. I have so much more patience with my kids and I actually really truly enjoy my husband again! During a string of busy 12 hr shifts (I'm a RN) I forgot to take my pills for three days in a row, and the combo of the stress/sleep deprivation/no pills made me a raging monster again. So who knows, maybe it's placebo effect, but whatever it is, I'LL TAKE IT!! I don't hate myself anymore and I feel happy again! Oh and I don't take three a day, I do one in the morning and one at night. All of the stuff adds up to a lot of pills, but it's a small thing for large results.

After coming off medications, my hormones were imbalanced for two years since starting them. I hadn't had a period in that time. I've always liked Now brand for their quality and affordability. After taking the recommended dose for less than two weeks, my cycle is back! I'm so thankful for this product.

I bought these pills because I was having trouble with acne. On the third day of taking this supplement, I had an allergic reaction on my face. It started with an itch around my nose. I went to wash my face and it got worse because everything around my nose and under my eyes became red and very irritable. It looked like I had a really bad sunburn.
