When we first took this out, it stunk like wet dog. Not a little bit, it filled the downstairs with that smell.We tried airing it out on the line, fabreeze, the lot. Nothing got rid of the smell, even after a week.I don’t know why it was so awful smelling, but I certainly couldn’t put that on my kids bed. I’d avoid this one altogether

The duvet didnt smell the best when I first un packed it, ibaired it on my banister over night then on my washing line the next day, this got rid of the bad smell, the quilt is fabulous for the price

Previously bought a “weighted” duvet don a well known company which wasn’t weighted. Got this instead and love it for my son. It’s so warm and cosy and “hugs” him rather than just sitting on top of him and letting cold air get in.Really happy and would highly recommend.It came in the smallest package too as was vacuum packed. But fluffed up beautifully
