Black Seed Oil Capsules 500mg x 60 capsules (Made in the UK) - Cold Pressed, Nigella Sativa

I bought the oil and started taking on 2nd July 2021 but I struggled with the taste so I bought the capsules instead, I have taken them everyday for a month now (1 capsule before food in the morning and 1 capsule before bed time at night) and all I can say is 2/3 weeks in what a life changer these are. I feel like I’ve been recharged all over and I just get up in the morning and function 💯 until the moment I shut my eyes for bed time. Usually struggle in the morning as am low on Iron but honestly I’d recommend to everyone. I noticed weight loss 3 weeks in seriously I hvnt exercised lately though I do love walkies I cnt credit that to the weight loss so it’s got to be the BSO! Whatever this does to your body I feel so renewed and present with no aches or pains. I do everything I set to do so please go ahead and do your body a favour. I will update this review after a good 3 months as keen to see hair and skin results. This is a must have for us all…….for real.*****Update 7 Feb 2022Still on these and wow! My weight loss journey hasn’t stopped I definitely have lost 2 dress sizes as I’m able to fit into my 2014 wardrobe (I did have a baby 2017 so last few years were also baby weight) still cnt credit to any exercise, whilst I do have a gd walking regime between work and life I rarely stick to it. Skin quite good as well as have better even skin tone than before, my hair also thicker and fuller. I know it’s done amazing things with my overall health. I wear glasses but the last prescription I had few months ago says my eye sight is better and I can see how this is if it’s BSO!I did pause taking them Nov- January but the weight loss continued regardless. Just recommend this to your family and friends I wish doctors would just do the same:-)Update 25 November 2022!Still taking BSO capsules… back to my weight before having my little one 5 and half years ago. Very much active and alert 24/7 and if peri - menopausal this will help with foggy brains a lot. Have introduced to family and has worked wonders too. One family member used the oil directly on sore tooth and it literally stopped pain without needing dentist for a good 6 months eventually got professional attention but it helped in the interim as they were abroad on holiday!Alternatively I take 5-6 weeks and break for 2-3 weeks but I will never not have these in my cupboards:-)If u drink Chai tea you will find that you are looking slimmer as the days go by. My advise is eat and maintain a healthy lifestyle overall…… obviously.

These capsules seem to work quite a bit better than other brands I've tried, I could really feel a difference after about 14 days of taking one in the morning and one at night, it feels almost like being 10 years younger. I haven't been sick once since starting with these, even though family members have brought home some fairly severe colds - I usually catch everything going so this has been a godsend. I prefer these to the oil in a bottle as they are so much more convenient for travelling, I was slightly concerned that they might not work as well but have found them to be great.

Easy to take. I generally just feel better.

These capsules are a ok but not as potent as a cold pressed version but otherwise of good quality.

I love these, they have made me feel more motivated and awake. But also has helped me lose weight on my new health journey! They are very easy to swallow it’s just the after taste I don’t like but its gone in seconds so it’s not too bad! Would definitely buy again :)

Brilliant delivery and great value for money. This is the best way to get your dose of black seed oil without the aftertaste of just having a teaspoon. Not always easy to find halal gel capsules which is the one of the biggest and best things about this product. Will definitely be reordering for my next two months supply. Thank you!!

Good but the fact is in plastic container ain't the ideal and really toxic , so I use them as powder in my tea & smoothies
