A pregnancy must-have - no stretch marks for me!
I’ve used this oil through every one of my pregnancies and genuinely wouldn’t go without it. Despite gaining weight each time, I didn’t get a single stretch mark, and I’m now using it again during my current pregnancy. It’s packed with natural ingredients like sweet almond and wheat germ oil, plus it’s midwife-developed and dermatologically tested, which gave me more confidence using it daily. I apply it twice a day, morning and night, but I don’t spend ages massaging it in. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and the scent is lovely, light and calming, not overpowering at all.One bottle lasted me the full nine months, which was unexpected considering how often I used it. It kept my skin feeling soft, elastic, and comfortable throughout, especially around the belly and hips.

Feels lovely to apply and my skin feels great too
I was delighted with this oil. I had used another one before, which I found did not absorb well or leave the skin feeling moisturised and also caused irritation, whereas the Weleda oil made my very dry skin feel unusually soft and stretchy and soothed any irritation caused by the previous product or my dry skin. I've been using it on my abdominal area, breasts and the sides of my body only as the rest of me doesn't seem to be increasing in size or stretching yet and I've used it every day since I received it, although just in the mornings. I find a little goes a long way, especially when applied soon after a shower, so my bottle has lasted me just over three months. The leaflet contains suggestions for suitable massage techniques which is useful as massaging it in properly seems to increase the effects; I've noticed that if I'm in a rush and just apply it quickly, my skin doesn't feel as good as when it's massaged in.At 29 weeks, I haven't yet developed stretch marks and, although there are still 11 weeks to go, the fact that my skin feels stretchy rather than tight is giving me hope that I might escape them altogether. I plan to continue using it whilst breastfeeding to avoid stretch marks from the changes in size and I wish I'd had some of this when I was a teenager too as I developed quite a few stretch marks then.

Amazing moisturizer
I’m not pregnant, and I have no children. I got a free sachet of this somewhere and tried it and LOVED it. My skin is on the dry side, and I use this as a moisturizer all over. Even on my face, sometimes. I absolutely love the smell and feel of it. I’m not using it for stretch marks, just as a really rich moisturizer for British winters, that smells so good, without an artificial scent.

Been using since I found out
I’ve been using this from 6 weeks onwards and I love the smell. It stops the itching and I hope it’s helping against stretch marks

I love this
Scent is nice, it feels nice! I haven’t had stretch marks yet and I don’t know if I can attribute to this but I just love the oil

Strong smell, works good but….strong smell?!
It works really great! But then again I’m in my second trimester so maybe too soon to know? Very moisturising though. HOWEVER wish it came UNSCENTED PLEASE. I can’t use it anymore because the scent nausea hit me in second trimester and now I feel awfully sick everytime I smell this. Cant stand the smell now.

Excellent oil- no stretch marks !!
Used this throughout my entire pregnancy, I'm now 38 weeks and not a single stretch mark - I wanted to wait until the end to see ! My mum had stretch marks so I wasn't convinced anything would work after hearing 'if your mum did then you will.' Beautiful oil, non sticky, smells divine, I used it every day since day one that I found out (about 5 weeks) and went through 4 bottles. I've run out now and my tummy has been itchy without it! So I'm going to get more rather than try and do the last 2 weeks without it! Highly recommend. Even the midwife commented on how I don't have stretch marks !I have quite sensitive skin and this oil didn't irritate me or bring me up in a rash at all. Although some people said it did so it really depends on the person.Of course combining using oil with a good diet and plenty of hydration is key in avoiding stretch marks too, so it has to be in combination with all of those things. But in comparison to other similar (and more expensive) products on the market, I would recommend this as the best and at a very good price.

Love this oil!
I used this oil during my first pregnancy from around week 12 until the end and I was lucky enough to not end up with any stretch marks on the area I was using it which was my growing baby bump. (I didn’t use it on my legs or bum and ended up with stretch marks in those areas!)As soon as I found out I was pregnant again, I brought this oil and started using it straight away.I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with baby number 2, apply once a day and use up a bottle in around 4-6 weeks. It may sound like a lot of money to be spending during a pregnancy on oil but I strongly believe it works wonders and would recommend using it.UPDATE: I carried on using this throughout my entire second pregnancy. Stretch marks did appear during the last week of being pregnant but I believe that if I hadn't used used this from the start they would have come sooner and there would be a lot more of them.
