I bought this pillow to use while visiting a relative in the UK, believing it is similar to the HOMCA Cervical Neck Pillow that I use at home in Australia. While the HOMCA pillow has been a god-send in terms of neck pain alleviation, this pillow has been the complete opposite, and after just a few nights I have stopped using it. It is a complete waste of money for me. It is simply far too firm beneath the neck - in my opinion (I have arthritis in the facet joint between C3 and C4). That's a risk you take when buying something like a pillow on-line.I have given it three stars rather than less because I understand that everyone has different issues that they are trying to manage. I have no issues with the quality of the product in general.

I have now bought 2 of these pillows, they are very supportive for my neck, as the shape, firmness, and height are perfect for me as a larger person, with sleep apnea. However, the height is adjustable, so someone with less body mass would be able to adjust to meet their needs. I definitely sleep very well on this pillow. They are excellent value for money, and I highly recommend this pillow.

This pillow is shaped so that your neck is supported when you lie down either on your side or back. It is smaller than an average pillow. It feels soft but is also supportive. I am using it as it arrived so have not attempted to remove any layers. I've only had it a week so not sure of longevity.A couple of things I would change is to make the bit that supports the neck and bit wider and longer. Also the pillow tends to slide about because the material on the back is very soft. This means that sometimes the pillow slides up the headboard a bit. I have a couple of pillows stood on the sides to stop the pillow moving away from me.
