This tastes better than some B-12 supplements that I have had, I would have given it a 5 star however, this stains badly no matter what you drop it on. I dropped it on a shirt, a towel and my counter top. All three at different times as the dropper has a tendency to not be precise and when you pull it out it will drip, and the towel..meh..but I had to toss the shirt as the stain would not come out. I had to bleach the counter top several times which was annoying at best. But other than that little annoyance this stuff worked the way it was supposed to work. My blood work came back and showed that my B-12 levels had increased, my doctor was impressed. I'm not saying this will work like this for everyone, I'm saying this is how it worked for me.

This Peak Performance raw B-12 is one of the best forms of B-12. It is very cost effective and the delivery was very good.

I love how clean this product is, no artificial sweeteners or fillers. I wish the dropper had measurement marks on it. Then it would be five stars.
