Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked that I was able to get a larger bottle since I use it in my Greek Yogurt breakfast bowl and when I do decide to drink some coffee. I also chose it because it is alcohol free and I find the flavor to be so much better than the extracts using alcohol.

Really good flavor! Personally I feel like a little goes a long ways with this extract. If you’re making a pie or some sort of dessert, a tsp would almost be too much. Bottle could be better. Kinda hard to pour without extra dripping out and the plastic cap is thin. My cap split on me second time using it.

XCELLENT!! A great way to make your own rootbeer as sweet or not as sweet as you like it.All natural and delicious.

This is the real stuff. Edible - for cooking. But I suppose it could be used as an essential oil too.Commercially made spiced apple rings seem to be a ghost of holiday past. But there are some recipes on the internet. I recently decided to take the plunge and try to make my own. It turned out great. But there's one caveat. Those recipes that call for "red hots" or "cinnamon Imperials" candy seem to give better results than the recipe calling for straight cinnamon sticks or powdered cinnamon.. But those candies have absolutely zero cinnamon in them. None whatsoever. And that bothered me.There are recipes to make those candies using cinnamon extract like this product. I wanted to make a hybrid cinnamon spiced apple rings using this extract instead of the candy.It worked great. I managed to use a bit less sugar than called for, and what I considered a generous amount of this extract. Which is still a pretty small amount. The results tasted just like the original recipe calling for the candy. So now I have a local holiday tradition resurrected from the grave. And in a much more natural way thanks to this cinnamon extract.My hybrid spiced apple rings lack the color, but a drop or three of red dye would change that. I opted not to, and the whole family was perfectly happy with that decision. Modern times, I suppose.11/10 I highly recommend cooking with this extract. After many dozen reviews, this is the very first time I've ever given an 11/10.
