Who knows, but why not...
Does taking this kind of suplement do anything or are you just having expensive urine?Taste is fine, I add the tablet to a large glass oif warm water first thing in the morning.The science seems to suggest that there is not any reason to take extra vitimin C but I have been doing so for a few years now and I think that I will stick with it as I'd rather be over than under my vit C requirement.

I like that they dissolve easily into water. Very refreshing to drink and you feel better knowing you are receiving a selection of vitamins and minerals.

Seem to work
I’ve taken other vitamin supplements in the past and never really noticed any effect.I do seem to have more energy and I’m more active taking these. Check the prices carefully beforeyou order - quite often 2x single packs (of 15) are cheaper than 1x pack of 30A bit pricey but work for me
