Effective for arthritis
I have been waiting for a hip replacement operation for months and this really helped controlling pain. I had to go off it 10 days before the operation and I noticed the pain at once and had to go on painkillers. Just had the operation, back to taking this and am almost off painkillers. Physio couldn't quite believe it! I have recommended it to so many friends. The bonus is there are no nasty fillers!

These do not work for me
I have taken glucosamine for a while now for arthritis and my usual capsules were out of stock, so I bought these as a substitute. Within a few days I had dreadful heartburn and and diarrhorea. I stopped taking them and it cleared up within a couple of days. So obviously they are not for me, unfortunately. One or more of the ingredients must have disagreed with me.
