If you are not familiar with melatonin like I was, adjusting dosage to one gummy is heavily recommended. I was too sleepy with two gummies. This is very effective in that I slept really well and had no jitters. When sleeping, you are not eating, so it worked really well as an appetite suppressant.

So far it’s ok I don’t have that much cravings for sweet every night I ate less n less sweet

I had high hopes for this as someone who is both looking to slim down and loves a good night’s sleep. Upon opening the bottle, they had the worst smell, it literally smelt like a garbage dump in a bottle, but I thought maybe that’s just something to expect. For the first 2-3 days, things felt normal. I took I woke up looking—and weighing—the same amount, and I slept the same as I always did, despite this product supposedly having melatonin.But the 4th night is when everything started to kick in, and not in a good way. I took it the same as I usually do, and went to sleep the same as I usually did. But then, about an hour into snoozing, I jolted myself awake, the way the body does when it feels like you’re falling, and I instantly felt pain everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. There were parts of my body in pain that I had never experienced pain from before. I was sweating profusely, my vision was going in an out, my heartbeat felt like I had just finished a 15 minute non-stop run, I was shaking like crazy, and I’m pretty sure that for a brief moment I was clinging onto my comforter for life. And I was in this state all night.Eventually I calmed down but only slightly, and every time I drifted off it truly felt like if I had closed my eyes I would not wake up the next day. So I stayed up. The next day I felt so sick, I vomited at work twice and had to go home. I was feverish, shaky, and had the worst anxiety.I am a 5’4”, 130 lbs, 22 year old female. I have no medical conditions, allergies, or mental illnesses. I have never experienced such misery in my life from a supplement, or anything really. I stopped taking these pills instantly. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times about my experience and wanting to know what went wrong, and never heard back. I’ve provided pictures of the capsules and what the powder in them looks like as well, because I thought they looked a bit funny. Please spare yourself and disregard the positive reviews, this supplement is a literal nightmare.

Not so great......Since starting, I have not had a good sleep. I have weird vivid dreams, wake at 12, 1, 2, or 3 and can't go back to sleep, feel my heart racing.Great......I've not felt hungry, stomach is less bloated and getting flatter.

I do think this is helping me sleep. I am fine staying asleep, but often struggle actually falling asleep no matter how tired I am and if I take this an hour before I want to go to bed I now find myself dosing off within 5 minutes. I have also noticed a reduction in late night snacking urges. as for actual weight loss, I have been eating mindful and watching my calories and don't believe I can attribute any weight loss to these (5lbs in 5 weeks lost, been on these for 3 weeks, it has been a pound a week). that being said, the reduction in cravings and urge to snack helps me stay on track. Energy wise, I feel the same but have noticed less of a desire for a second cup of coffee since starting these so it seems to be helping through that afternoon slump.

These gummies here are super good and the second time I make the purchase a client and she tells me that they do not make a rebound effect and fulfill their function.

This product is by far the best I have used personally.

Had high hopes this product would work. Been on it for 2 weeks have not seen any noticeable results. Wonder if anyone else has the same issues. It’s funny you don’t have a positive review and it doesn’t get posted.
