Installed in RV
A good value for the money. Was easy to install. Labeled clearly. Used 2. One for main circuits another for AC. Mounted them high up since they are not watertight. Have worked flawlessly so far.

A Great Compliment to the WFCO 30 Amp Power Center
This transfer switch easily attached to the rear of my existing WFCO 30 Amp power center of my 5th Wheel trailer. Instruction are brief but easy to understand. The wire connections are clearly labeled for attaching to the respective input and output cables. As an extra step, I disconnected the DC charger from the AC circuit breaker and attached it directly to the incoming shore power, with the addition of an online 15 amp fuse. This eliminates the chance of charging battery bank while using the DC to AC inverter. System works great. Note: I'm using this with my inverter rather than a generator. Really happy with the seamless integration with existing system.

Easy RV upgrade to automatic generator switching
Converted our 2017 Leprechaun from manual (move the plug) failover to this automatic switch after discussing it with Coachmen/Forrest River customer service. This unit is made by the company (WFCO) which made our power convertor/fuse/circuit box. It is now being placed in all 2018 models. So I ordered it, removed my manual generator plug in the RV, and replaced it with this unit. Very easy to hook-up, everything is labeled well and the switch works as designed and moves the power from shore power to generator when cranked. Some people have asked why should I do this. If you are camping and a storm comes through and power goes out to the park, you no longer need to go outside and manually move your plug in the rain to crank your generator or remember to plug it into the manual generator plug when you pack up your camper to move and can crank your generator going down the road without stopping (if you forgot to plug it into the manual generator plug) Great design, simple install, works excellent.
