Bought 3 of these they cut through like butter and make peeling and chopping so easy though you have to be extra careful as I’ve sliced my thumb open.Would definitely recommend.

The knife blade quickly stained black after use and almost impossible to clean off. We had the plastic handled version of the same knife previously with no problems, so are disappointed.
