Good quality, versatile
Knox Gelatin Powder is a kitchen staple for me, and it’s been a game-changer for both cooking and gut health. It’s great for digestion—I’ve noticed it helps soothe my stomach and supports gut health, which is a big win. What I love most is how easy it is to use. It mixes effortlessly in water, hot or cold, without clumping or leaving a weird texture. Plus, it’s virtually flavorless, so it doesn’t mess with the taste of my recipes, whether I’m making desserts, smoothies, or even savory dishes. It’s versatile, reliable. If you’re looking for an easy way to boost gut health or just need a dependable gelatin, Knox is a solid choice. Highly recommend!

Great for recipes, no flavor
I really liked this unflavored gelatin! It’s versatile and works perfectly for making desserts, gummies, or thickening liquids. It has no taste, so it blends seamlessly into any recipe without altering the flavor. Easy to use and reliable every time. Definitely a pantry staple!

Versatile and High-Quality Gelatin for Cooking, Baking, and More
Very good quality. It’s perfect for both sweet and savory dishes. I use it when making no bake cakes, panna cotta, gummies, fruit jellies, sugar fudge, jellied meat (Ukrainian dish). In dog treats, face masks and for hair treatments.Considering the amount you get and the quality of the product, it’s excellent value. A little goes a long way, so one package lasts me quite a while.

Great product
Second order. I prefer a well known brand like Knox. However both orders have leaked all over the packages so it's pretty messy when it arrives. There is still plenty product left so not a big deal but it's worth noting.

Good value and good for your body
Knox gelatin is a great product and a great value. I do not use it for cooking or making any specific foods, so I can not comment on it from a culinary point of view. I use gelatin as a health supplement because it helps keep bones and joints healthy. It also helps grow hair and soften skin.Collagen supplements have increased in popularity in the last few years, and for good reason. Studies show they work, not to mention all the positive anecdotal feedback from users.Gelatin is collagen that has been partially cooked, so in a way, you can consider gelatin to be "partially hydrolyzed" collagen. The products that specifically call themselves hydrolyzed collagen or collagen peptides supposedly go through even more processing so that they are easier to digest. The jury is still out on if they are actually better than plain on gelatin. Gelatin is a lot cheaper, obviously. The main reason gelatin and collagen products work is because the main protein or amino acid in them is glycine. Glycine is mostly found in tendons and joints of animals, parts many of us no longer eat or do not eat enough of.I could go on and on about gelatin and collagen, but I will not bore you readers. They both work. I find gelatin works just as well for me as more expensive collagen products.I consume a tablespoon of Knox gelatin 2 times a day. I mix it with 12oz of water and 2 teaspoons of instant coffee. It mixes fairly well in boiling water. It will not mix well with cold. Hydrolyzed collagen products excel at mixing in cold fluids. Please remember that. All in all, Knox gelatin is great and I will continue to drink it everyday to keep my bones, joints and skin healthy.

for a tiny box with four teeny envelopes of Knox gelatin you would be paying close to two bucks--this is really very good value.
Exactly what it says on the packaging. A full pound of gelatin per can--I bought a case of two since I have lots of uses for this. Considering that at even the cheapest stores, for a tiny box with four teeny envelopes of Knox gelatin you would be paying close to two bucks--this is really very good value. Gelatin has tons of other uses besides desserts--for example, anyone familiar with 'face strips' that are moistened, stuck on the face, and peeled off when dry to reveal stuff from your pores that the strips picked up--should know that you can make a mask with the same effects for pennies using gelatin. Mix a tablespoon of gelatin with a tablespoon of milk--maybe a little more milk than gelatin; microwave just a few seconds, and stir. Do this a couple of times until the gelatin is a paste, and quite warm. Make sure it's not hot enough to burn your face; apply to your face as a mask (it usually helps if you give your face a quick wash first, so the gelatin sticks better). If the gelatin sets too quickly, re-heat the little bit that's started to set, and continue using. Let this dry on your face thoroughly, and peel off. Excellent results. Oh, same principle also applies to Halloween special-effects makeup. Try same ratio mixture; experiment with the goop and fascinating effects globs of it can have on your face, especially with a little color added. And, it won't clog up your pores or irritate your skin like thick cream special effects makeup can. Try adding food-safe colors in tiny amounts to the gelatin for different effects before applying. Note, though, that some food colors can stain more than others, so try the 'gelatin' makeup on an area of skin that's not your face to confirm that when you eventually peel it off you won't have greenish tinted skin for a bit and that your skin isn't sensitive to food-safe color. ` Again, anyone who regularly cooks with, or uses gelatin for other purposes, the 16 oz cans (whether in one or two pack) make excellent sense and a great value. Also, unless it's been exposed to moisture, pure gelatin doesn't really ever 'expire'--not sure if this has been pointed out by another reviewer, but the 'expiration' dates on gelatin have more to do with the amount of time the packaging is judged to be totally secure, than the product itself. No problems with the cans so far, but if I don't finish the can(s) before expiration date, just plan to move them to a different, well-sealed container.

Wavy Hair Savorio
Perfect for adding protein back to my hair. Used this with xantham gum and water to create a hair mask to add protein back to my overmoisturized hair - it brought back my waves!
