I really do think it has a noticeable change in how your brain works.The high concentration of EPA and DHA in each capsule is strong compared to others that are underdosed, and the added vitamin D3 is a great bonus. I feel like my energy levels have increased since taking the supplement, and my mood has improved.The capsules are easy to swallow but can be burped up if you're not paying attention!
