It helps when my back is sore and mild back spasms. I have used this product for several years and would recommend it.Only negative is it smells bad due to the valerian root ingredient, however it does not have a taste.

I found this product from my massage therapist to help with getting to sleep when a stressful day makes it difficult. I can not use melatonin because when I do go to sleep it gives me bad dreams every time I use it. lol. This product is great because it contains no melatonin but the ingredients in it really do help to relax and calm. Note: you can use this to help with muscle soreness and tension and to keep calm throughout the day as well. I tend to mainly use it at night as a sleep aid. The other nice thing about this product is you do not wake up with feeling sluggish which is a side effect that so many sleep aids give you. You will need to play around with the dosage to see what works for you. I take two about 20 minutes before bed when I need it. These pills do have a very unusual odor but do not let that deter you from using. I have been using them for about 5 years now and I am very happy with the results!

They don’t smell or taste good but it’s only for 30 seconds and definitely worth the results. The results are not instantaneous but then you realize you are gradually calmer and in less pain. Definitely worth giving it a try.

I was first given this natural relaxer by my chiropractor for tight muscles. After easing the label and seeing that it also helps to relax, I started using it to help relax at bedtime to help relax after a busy time helping family recover from house fire. I found my prism would not quiet down at night. The first time I tried it to help relax, it was like my brain switched off and I was able to have the first restful night in a long time. I’ve since recommended this to several people and have ordered a few bottles for the same family member that had the house fire. She also said she had a good restful sleep the first time she took them.If you want to quiet your thoughts to help you sleep, I highly recommend this.I have also taken during the day with food when I heave felt anxious. They helped in that time too.

They have a strong unpleasant smell when opening the bottle. Not sure yet how well they work. I'll update at a later date.
