Great substitute flour.
Made a muffin with this flour, it tasted great for a newly type 2 soldier. Good alternative when normal flour is a no no.

Damaged goods and Can't return or exchange
It may be a good flour but I'll never know as the packaging was broken and the contents leaked out into the delivery box. Scared of contamination so will need to throw the whole thing out as unfortunately this item is not applicable for returns or exchanges.
