Works perfectly. The earpiece is comfortable and sound clear on both ends. My phone system cannot accommodate wireless so I needed the cord. I am very happy.

This is actually the 2nd one that I've bought in this model (the first one I broke by twisting the mike up too hard and snapping one of the wires). It is probably the most comfortable headset I've used to date - even after hours of being on a call, my ears don't hurt as much as they did with other headsets. Voice and headset quality is clear and set-up was less then 5 minutes. It also allows me to switch ears if needed so is more versatile. Plus, I'm not eating a foam ball all the time which was the real reason I bought it in the first place.I use an Aastra 57i SIP phone and have no complaints from the people that are on the call with me. It's a really great product at a very reasonable price.

Loved this headset for abot 8 mos. Then it became fuzzy. No amount of adjusting it made it better... it did work perfectly. Same phone, no movement of the phone or other apparatus around at all.It was used daily 30-40 times a day. No problems at all - in a work from home environment matched well to a chunky land line desk phone i purchased just months prior. I hate the usual speaker phone settings that people use to have a hands- free set up- as the give-and take environment, causes stomping all over one another. Many of my clients are NYC, NJ, and other faster-talking folks, only a headset will do.I really want to re-order it. But don't want to take a chance on it crapping out agian. Using my work's Jabber application currently with calls dropped, etc. unimpressed. I want my old quality headset back, :(***** UPdate on this reveiw! this vendor Wantek is so awesome. They read my reveiw, and knew i was dissatisfied. ( i didn't have to reach out to them!- AMAZING customer service!) they asked if i woudl be interested in getting a new unit to try. Of course, I agreed. They sent it immediately. I have been utilizing the new headset for several weeks now. NO feedback, no fuzziness. Clear precise tone. Sure beat the heck out of trying to converse with your clients via speaker phone, and everyone talking all over each other!!Great headset, I will update in a month or two to let you guys know about durability. My first unit may have been a random issue. :)These folks really care about their product, your satisfaction, and their reputation. KUDOS!!

This item is absolutely useless. I just opened this today for a 4 hour conference call & it is not wireless no USB cable nothing to connect it to my ph except an old phone cable outlet witch should not be the only way to connect this & im over 50 so I know the older & latest technology & im missing an adapter or something

The ear cushion is comfortable, but the other side isn’t. I think if that was cushioned it would be perfect. Also the side that rest on your head, it constantly get stuck in my hair. When I go to slip this on and off, one of the corners gets stuck every time. I think if the cushion that’s on the ear piece was put on the other side and it was make circular, it would be perfect.The sound quality is okay. It’s not crystal clear and sometimes people on the other end have difficulty hearing me.It’s decent for the price, but I mean, do we want decent? No, we want THE BEST for next to nothing. Lol.On a serious note, if the quality was better and if the non-ear piece side was more comfortable, I would be willing to pay more.

Generally, the product functions well. Quality of audio signal coming through the earphone isn't great and the microphone arm can be adjusted vertically but not horizontally. So, you can move the mic up and down but not close or further away from your mouth. This effects volume levels. I'd give this product a solid "B" on an "A to F" scale.

These are highly compatible to most dial pads which with all the different brands is a accomplishment. The cord is long enough, wide adjustment range, clear in coming and outgoing sound, and the cost make it a fairly simple choice for me. Its down falls are the mic only moves up and down limiting how far you can move from your mouth which is needed for those of us with a booming voice. My only other issue is the earpieces are (as expected) run of the mill hard foam ones. A upgrade in these will give you a much better experience by far. Over all these are easily 5 star in cost to functionality but for me drop to a 4 in comfort. It is a problem that is easy to correct though and be sure to remember the cost before scoring low.

This headset serves its purpose! I bought this for our small private practice and was hesitant considering it is not wireless. But it's actually pretty great for being corded. It's very functional and easy to plug right into your phoneI I ended up getting a couple more for the other girls because they liked it too. After about 5 months, one of them actually snapped in half, but I'm guessing it was because of having a larger head, it may have just wore out. I emailed the seller to see if they could recommend one that would accommodate a person with a wider head and they offered to send a replacement, one slightly different to try at no additional charge. I commend them for giving great service and standing behind their product. It does seem to be more forgiving and fits better:) So, we are all happy with our purchases!
